Self Help Plus (SH+)

Self Help Plus (SH+) is a multi-media stress management self-help package that involves a pre-recorded audio course with a self-help book (Doing What Matters in Times of Stress) facilitated by two persons in groups of up to 30 people. Informed by principles of acceptance and commitment therapy, participants learn five core stress management skills: grounding, unhooking, acting on your values, being kind, and making room.
